HORSE HAIR MANUFACTURING METHOD USING NATURAL DYE AND HORSE HAIR MANUFACTURED BY USING SAME

The present invention relates to a horse hair manufacturing method using a natural dye and horse hair manufactured by using the same. According to the present invention, a biochemical technique to which a proteolytic enzyme and a steatolytic enzyme are applied is applied during horse hair washing, a melanin pigment contained in the horse hair is effectively removed in a bleaching process by hydrogen peroxide being used under alkaline conditions, and then the horse hair that has a natural color is manufactured by the natural dye such as sappan wood, cochineal red, lac, manascus, and kaoliang being used in a dyeing process. The color of the horse hair according to the present invention is more natural than the color of horse hair dyed with a synthetic dye. The horse hair according to the present invention does no harm to environments and human bodies and has functions such as antibacterial and deodorizing functions. The horse hair manufacturing method using the natural dye according to the present invention includes: a biochemical washing step of performing washing with the proteolytic enzyme and the steatolytic enzyme added to a horse hair raw material so that impurities contained in the unprocessed horse hair such as excreta, dust, and fat are removed; a bleaching step of putting in the hydrogen peroxide so that the melanin pigment of the horse hair washed in the washing step is removed; and a dyeing step of putting in the natural dye after the bleaching in the bleaching step so that the horse hair is given the natural color.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
