The present invention relates to a solar water heating boiler system. The solar water heating boiler system uses dual vacuum pipe type vacuum heat collection tubes to circulate the heating water and collects light to the vacuum heat collection tubes by using a reflective plate, thereby enhancing heat storage speed and heat collection efficiency. According to the present invention, the solar water heating boiler system includes: a replenishing tank (130) receiving and storing water into an internal space; a heat storage tank (120) which receives the heating water from the replenishing tank (130) to store the heating water at a predetermined height; multiple vacuum heat collection tubes (180) which have the upper ends inserted and installed in holes in the heat storage tank (120) and are made of dual vacuum pipes to be heated by solar light while the heating water stored in the heat storage tank (120) circulates; heating pipes (150) discharging the heating water heated in the heat storage tank (120); heat exchange pipes (170) which are arranged to be immersed in the heating water in the heat storage tank (120) and heat the water being supplied from the replenishing tank (130) for generating hot water supply through heat transfer of the water to discharge the hot water supply; a temperature sensor (160) which detects the temperature of the heating water stored in the heat storage tank (120); a heater rod (200) heating the heating water in the heat storage tank (120); and a control unit (240) which heats the heating water by operating the heater rod (200) when the temperature of the heating water detected by the temperature sensor (160) is lower than a set temperature.
