NEW VACUUM TUBE WITH DOUBLE WALLS MADE OF METAL-BLACK NICHEL AND GLASS (SPATIAL TECHNOLOGY VACUUM) FOR SOLAR COLLECTORS OF VACUUM TUBES OF OPEN CIRCUIT OR SOLAR WATER HEATERS WITH VACUUM TUBES
This invention is used to produce vacuum pipes at a high vacuum of 10-4 BAR and 10-4 Torr (10-5 BAR). This pipe, at the focal point of a semi cylindrical parabolic reflector, produces the open circuit vacuum pipe "solar collector element". Many such pipes in series produce vacuum pipe solar collectors and open circuit parabolic reflectors for hot water use in central installations with a high level of output efficiency (60 percent) at high temperatures (four times the output of panel collectors at operating temperatures from 30 to 65 degrees Celsius). As opposed to existing closed circuit vacuum pipes, these are different in that they function in an open circuit, since they support city waterworks pressures, salts contained in water and do not rupture from frost due to the vacuum. In this way, they achieve lower central installation costs, and at the same time can be directly connected with the top end of the internal metal pipe with a (water storage) boiler, providing a very cheap solar water heater with all the advantages of high output efficiency typical of solar heaters using vacuum pipe technology and parabolic reflectors. They occupy 1/4 of the roof space compared to the panel collectors. Also, at an output of 35 percent, they operate at temperatures of 95 degrees Celsius and can therefore provide air conditioning installations using solar energy.
