The present invention relates to a smart electric handcar, which controls an angle of a tilting frame on which a cargo is loaded and automatically controls the angle of the tilting frame on which the cargo is loaded when entering a moving walk. The smart electric handcar includes: a base frame having an auxiliary wheel mounted on the lower part of the front side of a frame and having a pair of wheels mounted on the rear side of the frame and driving by a wheel driving motor; a tilting frame connected to a bracket coupled to the base frame by a hinge and capable of being controlled by being tilted, wherein a cargo loading plate of a horizontal direction is integrated with a vertical frame for support a cargo; a frame driving cylinder moving the tilting frame as one side of the frame driving cylinder is connected to the rear surface of the vertical frame of the tilting frame; a manipulation unit for inputting a user manipulation command to control at least a tilting angle and an angle of moving forward; and a control unit moving the handcar forwards by controlling the wheel driving motor and the frame driving cylinder in accordance with communication information received from a surrounding communication device or the user manipulation command and controlling the tilting angle of the tilting frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
