p65 A Novel Fusion Protein Comprising Transcription Modulation Domain of p65 and Protein Transduction Domain and Uses Thereof

The present invention relates to a novel fusion protein comprising: a transcription modulation domain of p65, which is a sub unit of a transcription factor NF-B; and a protein transduction domain, and to uses thereof. According to the present invention, a fusion protein of the present invention, by competitive inhibition, inhibits killing of NF-B and IL-2, inhibits secretion of inflammatory cytokine by LPS, and inhibits generation of IL-2, IFN-, IL-4, IL-17A, and IL-10 in splenocyte, thereby being usefully used as a composition for preventing or treating NF-B hyperactivity-related diseases.
