The present invention relates to novel fusion proteins comprising the transcriptional and regulatory domains of p65, a subunit of the transcription factor NF-kB, and their use. According to the present invention, the fusion protein of the present invention suppresses the transcription of NF-κB and IL-2 by competitive inhibition, inhibits the secretion of inflammatory cytokines by LPS, inhibits IL-2, IFN- gamma], IL-4, IL-17A and IL-10, and may be useful as a composition for the prophylaxis or treatment of NF-κB and activity-related diseases.
