The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing microorganism-fermented manure and the microorganism-fermented manure manufactured therefrom. The manure is produced by adding halophilic microorganisms and complex soil microorganisms into organic waste, livestock excrements, minerals, sugar canes, or sawdust in a cake form after the removal of moisture. Therefore, microorganisms which are absolutely lacking due to soil acidification can be applied to soil, the condition of the soil can be improved, and high quality crops can be produced.
