The present invention relates to a guided weapon simulation apparatus and a guided weapon simulation method. The present invention includes: a microwave seeking simulation unit generating a response signal by receiving a signal transmitted from a microwave signal seeking unit and modulating the received signal in accordance with location information on the target and a guided weapon and a currently set radio environment model parameter and projecting the generated response signal onto the microwave signal seeking unit; an infrared image seeking simulation unit generating an infrared image signal regarding the target and injecting the generated infrared image signal into the infrared image seeking unit; and a control unit generating first line-of-sight angle information and second line-of-sight angle information from the location information on the target and the guided weapon and inputting the first line-of-sight angle information and the second line-of-sight angle information to the microwave seeking simulation unit and the infrared image seeking simulation unit, respectively.
