摘要
The present invention relates to nitrogen-doped microporous carbon nanospheres obtained by the method comprising the steps of: forming mesoporous silica nanospheres (d-MSN) having a random pore structure; directly carbonizing the mesoporous silica nanospheres (d-MSN) having a random pore structure to obtain nitrogen-doped microporous carbon nanospheres; and removing silica nanostructures, and having an average particle diameter of 200 nm or less. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain nitrogen-doped microporous carbon nanospheres effectively through a direct carbonization process of mesoporous silica nanospheres including CTPB without using a separate precursor. According to the present invention, mesoporous silica nanospheres having a random 3D pore structure are used and nitrogen doping can be made effectively through CTPB by direct carbonization of pyridinium groups contained in CTPB. In addition, the nitrogen-doped microporous carbon nanospheres allow effective production of microporous carbonaceous materials having a sub-micron average particle diameter. Further, the nitrogen-doped microporous carbon nanospheres show adsorption property to various gases.
