The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a graphene-phthalocyanine hybrid material. The method for fabricating a graphene-phthalocyanine hybrid material comprises the steps of: preparing graphene oxide; reducing the graphene oxide to obtain reduced graphene oxide; functionalizing the graphene oxide to obtain functionalized reduced graphene oxide; and allowing the functionalized reduced graphene oxide with a metal-containing phthalocyanine to obtain a composite structure.
