The present invention relates to a protein nano-particle having a surface on which a cancer-specific epitope is fused and expressed; a method for producing the same; and a cancer immunotherapy composition containing the protein nano-particle as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a recombinant microorganism to which a vector in which a promoter, a gene of a human ferritin heavy chain protein and a gene for coding the cancer-specific epitope are operably connected is introduced; a protein nano-particle in which a cancer-specific epitope is fused and expressed on the surface of the human ferritin heavy chain protein; a method for producing the protein nano-particle; and a cancer immunotherapy composition including the protein nano-particle as an active ingredient. According to the nano-particle of the present invention, a cancer-specific epitope on the surface of the protein nanoparticle is able to be expressed with correct orientation and high density. The cancer immunotherapy composition including the protein nanoparticle as an active ingredient has a very excellent cancer immunotherapeutic effect compared to a conventional nano-particle-based composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
