The present invention relates to a diagnosis kit (1) comprising: a sample feeding hole (30) capable of feeding a sample; a strip (10) for flowing a sample fed to the sample feeding hole (30); and a display window (20) for exposing all or a part of the strip (10). The strip (10) comprises: a first inspection line (11) capable of detecting MMP-9, a second inspection line (12) capable of detecting MMP-13, and a detection pad (17) including a contrast line (13) where the flowing sample reaches after passing through the first inspection line (11) and the second inspection line (12). When MMP-9 and MMP-13 are detected from the first inspection line (11) and the second inspection line (12), metabolic syndrome and periodontitis are diagnosed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
