The present invention comprises a wrist-wearable terminal, a tablet type terminal, a plurality of lamps, and a control server. Each terminal and the lamps exchange data packets through infrared communication and visible light communication. The data packet provided from the wrist-wearable terminal to the control server includes a status value for each situation and a unique ID. The state value for each situation is a predetermined unique value. State information and an execution condition according to the state value are set differently according to the unique ID.
