The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Stachys sieboldii powder, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a Stachys sieboldii powder, capable of being used in manufacture of various food like pellet into which the Stachys sieboldii having effects of increasing memory and promoting intestinal functions by boiling and drying the Stachys sieboldii to manufacture powders. The method for manufacturing the Stachys sieboldii powder according to the present invention comprises the following steps: steaming by applying steam to the Stachys sieboldii; drying steamed Stachys sieboldii; and pulverizing dried Stachys sieboldii to obtain a powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
