The present invention relates to a cargo unloading method for a liquefied gas carrier, in particular, an LNG carrier, a fuel supply operating system, and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a cargo unloading method, a fuel supply operating system, and a method thereof, for controlling fuel supply from a fuel tank and a cargo tank of a vessel to unload the same amount of liquefied gas as a shipment quantity. A fuel supply operating method of a vessel, according to the present invention, supplies boil-off gas (BOG) generated in a cargo tank in which liquefied gas is stored, as fuel for the engine of a vessel, and when unloading the liquefied gas stored in the cargo tank, supplements the cargo tank with as much liquefied gas from the fuel tank as the liquefied gas having been supplied as the fuel from the cargo tank, thereby allowing the same amount of the liquefied gas as the liquefied gas loaded in the cargo tank to be unloaded at a demanding location.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
