According to an embodiment of the present invention, a decode and forward (DF) transmission method, in a DF relay based transmission system comprising a single transmission unit using a single antenna, a relay unit using a single antenna and a reception station using a single antenna, comprises: a step in which the transmission transforms a signal to be transmitted according to a time slot by applying a rotation transformation matrix, and transmits the transformed signal; a step in which the reception station and the relay unit receive a signal corresponding to a first time slot; and a step in which the reception station receives a signal corresponding to a second time slot from the transmission unit and receives the signal corresponding to the first time slot from the relay unit. The present invention proposes a technology for obtaining an additional diversity gain in a cooperative communication system based on DF relay using a single antenna and, more specifically, provides a method for improving reception performance by combining and reconfiguring signals using the rotation transformation matrix in a protocol transmitting independent signals by time division.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
