The present invention relates to an amphipathic nucleic acid molecule where a hydrophobic material-DNA zygote and a target ligand-DAN zygote form a base pair on multiple tandem hairpin DNA polymer, a nucleic acid composite including the same, and a use thereof as a drug carrier.
