The present invention relates to a commercial broadcasting analysis technique, and more specifically, to a method for calculating the full-viewing on the basis of a real-time viewing per second, which collects viewing information per second in real-time with respect to a transmitted commercial broadcasting, classifies a full-viewing commercial broadcasting which is viewed for a predetermined time with respect to the collected viewing information to calculate ratings of the real-time viewed commercial broadcasting, and calculate a billing rate for a corresponding commercial broadcasting, and to a system for calculating the full-viewing. The method for calculating the full-viewing of the present invention comprises: a broadcasting transmission step of transmitting, a broadcasting transmission unit, a broadcasting including a commercial broadcasting on the basis of commercial broadcasting schedule information; a viewing information transmitting step of transmitting, by a viewing terminal, to a viewing information collecting unit, real-time viewing information which views the broadcasting; a viewing information analyzing step of transmitting, the viewing information collecting unit, real-time viewing analysis information for analyzing viewing information in the viewing terminal to a ratings analyzing unit; and a real-time commercial ratings analyzing unit for extracting, by a ratings analysis unit, the commercial information viewed by each channel and analyzing a ratings for a predetermined commercial broadcasting in comparison with the real-time viewing analysis information and the commercial broadcasting schedule information transmitted from the viewing information collecting unit. The viewing information includes a unique number of a viewing terminal, viewing channel information, and viewing time information, and the viewing terminal transmits real-time viewing information per second. The real-time viewing analysis information includes information on the unique number of the viewing terminal, the viewing channel information, and the viewing time information of the viewing information transmitted in real time from the viewing terminal per second, and also, includes viewing time information on one viewing channel in a single viewing terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
