The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an organic matrix solution for matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-mass spectroscopy (MALDI-MS) and an organic matrix prepared thereby. By using metal oxide nanoparticles modified with surface-modified silicon-carbon composite as an organic matrix for MALDI-MS, mass spectrometry can be performed without interfering with the matrix in a small mass range of less than 500 Da, which is a disadvantage of a conventional organic matrix. In addition, a stronger detection signal can be obtained than in the case of using unprocessed metal oxide nanoparticles.
