The present invention relates to an integrated management server for the distribution of goods using a drone and a drone for the distribution of goods. The integrated management server for the distribution of goods using a drone comprises a product management unit which receives goods delivery information and transmits the received goods delivery information to a distribution center management unit; the distribution center management unit which extracts an optimal distribution center for delivering a product from a plurality of distribution centers and orders a drone located in the extracted distribution center and having a distribution loading box to deliver at least two products; and a drone management unit which controls a distribution situation for at least two products of the drone. The drone comprises a main body which has a plurality of rotor blades; and the distribution loading box which is connected to the main body and distributes goods. The distribution loading box includes a fixing device for mounting mounted goods; a removal device for separating the goods mounted on the fixing device; and a door for opening and closing the distribution loading box.
