The present invention provides a shoes sole with reinforced non-slip structural strength. The shoes sole comprises: a sole; a plurality of supporting projections which are arranged to protrude on the sole; and reinforcing bridges which protrude from the sole with a height shorter than the height of the supporting projections to connect adjacent supporting projections to each other. Also, the present invention provides non-slip shoes using the shoes sole with reinforced non-slip structural strength.
