The present invention provides a muscle exercise apparatus generating a low frequency signal for enforcing a sphincter, comprising: a body member forming one or more concave parts and a space therein; a cover member closing both ends of the body member; and an electrically conductive electrode plate member installed on the cover member, wherein the body member embeds a circuit unit for generating an electrical signal, the cover member has a switch electrically connected to the circuit unit, and the switch is operated by the pressure applied to the electrode plate member. The present invention applies a low frequency electrical signal impulse with a physical exercise, thereby enhancing the sphincter. The present invention does not need to be inserted into an anus, thereby avoiding possibility of infection caused by the insertion thereof, and has a simple configuration, thereby being easily manufactured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
