The present invention aims to provide a high-feed double-sided cutting insert, which is able to increase edge intensity to be proper for high-feed processing and to reduce a cutting load. To this end, the high-feed double-sided cutting insert of the present invention comprises: two opposite-facing major surfaces; two opposite-facing end unit side surfaces which connect the two major surfaces; two long unit side surfaces which connect the two major surfaces and the two opposite-facing end unit side surfaces, and which have greater widths than the end unit side surfaces; a fastening hole which penetrates the two long unit side surfaces and into which a bolt for fastening a cutting tool is inserted; an end unit cutting edge which is placed on a part which is a border among the major surfaces and the end unit side surfaces; a long unit cutting edge which is placed on a part which is a border among the major surfaces and the long unit side surfaces; and a corner cutting edge which connects the end unit cutting edge and the long unit cutting edge. The end unit cutting edge, when viewed towards the major surfaces, has a curved shape, which is convex outwards.
