The present invention relates to a disaster warning technology based on vibration acceleration and displacement measurement, which compares the direction and intensity of vibration with the actual displacement and monitors the safety of bridges, tunnels, slopes to detect and alert disaster risks such as earthquakes and landslides. According to one aspect of the present invention, a disaster warning technology based on vibration acceleration and displacement measurement is a method performed by a disaster warning device through connection with a vibration accelerometer and a displacement measurement system, the method comprising the following steps: (a) acquiring the direction and intensity data of vibration measured during the vibration of a structure from the vibration accelerometer in real time; (b) obtaining displacement data measured for the structure from the displacement measurement system in real time; and (c) determining a disaster based on a comparison result between the obtained direction and intensity data of the vibration with the obtained displacement data, and alarming the disaster.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
