The present invention relates to a system for recommending customized food information considering personal genotype and phenotype information. The system for recommending customized food information considering personal genotype and phenotype information comprises: an input unit which receives personal information of a user containing at least one among information on a genotype, a phenotype, and a user diet; a storage unit which stores information on a genome wide association study (GWAS) and foods; a processing unit which uses the received genotype information and the GWAS information to calculate an obesity risk depending on the genotype information, and uses the phenotype information and the food information to build information on at least one; and a display unit which displays at least one among the obesity risk calculated by the processing unit and the food information built by the processing unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
