The present invention relates to functional blending tea with excellent antioxidant capacity and, more specifically, to functional blending tea comprising Nelumbo nucifera leaves, Nelumbo nucifera stamen and green tea and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing functional blending tea comprises the following steps: (a) cutting, drying and roasting Nelumbo nucifera leaves; (b) roasting green tea; (c) mixing the roasted Nelumbo nucifera leaves and green tea, and roasting the mixture; (d) adding Nelumbo nucifera stamen to the roasted Nelumbo nucifera leaves and green tea from the step (c), and roasting the mixture; and (e) packaging the roasted mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
