The present invention relates to a method of confirming a sleeping posture using a Kinect sensor. The method is able to confirm a change in posture in a sleeping state in a wireless terminal using the Kinect sensor. The method comprises: a step of measuring an image of a sleeper and human body depth information through the Kinect sensor (110) including an infrared light sensor (111) and a depth sensor (112) in a sleeping posture confirming device (100); a step of confirming a joint position of the sleeper related to a movement using the information measured in the Kinect sensor (110); a step of confirming a coinciding sleeping posture by comparing a confirmed joint position of the image of the sleeper with a preregistered sleeping posture; a step of confirming a joint moving value by continuously confirming changing positions of the joint of the sleeper while the sleeper sleeps; a step of confirming a converted sleeping posture using the joint moving value; a step of providing a confirmed sleeping image of the sleeper and information on a joint position state matching the sleeping image to a wireless terminal (200); and a step of displaying an image and a sleeping posture with respect to a sleeping posture provided from the wireless terminal (200) on a screen.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
