An impedance matching device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a tapered strip line extended in a first direction on a substrate and having a width in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a plurality of strip lines connected to the lines to split an input signal. The tapered strip line may include first to n segments having the same length and different widths. According to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to solve an impedance mismatching problem caused by splitting the input signal.
