The present invention relates to a method for preparing food products which can be stored at a room temperature such as canned or bottled by mixing ginseng and nuts and a honey-pickled food product prepared by using the product and with ginseng and nuts. More specifically, the method includes the steps of: washing ginseng, cutting the washed ginseng in slices, and stir-frying and drying the washed ginseng slices; washing nuts separately from the slice drying step and stir-frying and drying the washed nuts; mixing and stirring the stir-fried and dried ginseng slices and stir-fried and dried nuts; and filling the mixture of ginseng slices and nuts with honey. The nuts can have excellent palatability such as the texture, color, flavors, and aroma of the nuts without changing the physical properties while being stored for a long time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
