The purpose of the present invention, in order to solve problems, is to regulate a rise of a screw when the screw in an extractor is coupled with a driving shaft and rotated, and to conveniently separate the screw from the driving shaft as a user lifts the shaft in a horizontal direction after using the extractor. The present invention relates to an extractor for extracting vegetables or fruits, comprising: a body including a driving shaft for transmitting driving force; a container having an open top; a lid which covers an upper portion of the container and has an inlet through which a juice material is injected; a screw disposed in the container and having a rotation shaft formed therein and coupled to the drive shaft; and a lift preventing unit which allows the screw to be pressed in a direction in which the juice material is crushed and transferred during rotation on the driving shaft and the rotational axis.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
