The present invention is designed for bone defects due to the infection or for bone defects due to the infection during a recovery period after a surgery. Porous BCP granules are coated with bio-polymers for delivering BMP-2 growth factors, and thereby are capable of continuous discharge. Three types of biopolymers such as collagen, heparin, and dopamine are used to deliver BMP-2, and gelatin and hyaluronic acid-gelatin microspherical granules are used as a carrier for loading antibiotics.
