The present invention relates to a packing box. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mobile phone packing box of which the outside can be utilized as a mobile phone holder and an artificial flowerpot and the inside can be used as a flowerpot after a mobile phone packed therein is taken out. The packing box comprises: a box body having a cutting line, a holding fixing rod, a vertical fixing rod, and a side fitting hole which are formed on the top surface thereof, having a drawer accommodating unit formed therein, and having a compartmenting surface formed at the bottom of the top surface thereof; a cover unit including a main cover and a fitting hole cover; a drawer slidably coupled with the drawer accommodating unit, having a drawer handle formed on the front surface thereof, and having a drawer spatial part formed therein to accommodate a mobile phone and other items therein; and a holding unit having an attachment surface attached onto the compartmenting surface, and having a holder formed to support a mobile phone at the top of the attachment surface. A compartmenting rod for compartmenting a space in the drawer spatial part of the drawer is removed, so the overall area of the drawer spatial part can be utilized and the drawer spatial part can be filled with soil to be utilized as a flowerpot.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
