The present invention provides a head structure of a multi-functional beauty device and a multi-functional beauty device including the same, which comprises: a thermal conductive head, an ultrasonic wave generating element, a thermoelectric element plate, a thermoelectric element and a heat discharge member to conduct the heat, generated from the thermoelectric element when the thermoelectric element generates the heat, to the head via a plate coupling unit of the thermoelectric plate and the thermal conductive head and to discharge the heat to the skin, and to conduct the heat from the skin, generated when the thermoelectric element receives the heat, to the thermoelectric element via the plate coupling unit of the thermal conductive head and the thermoelectric element plate and to absorb the heat into the thermoelectric element.
