The present invention relates to a method for providing a nursing service by connecting a user to a caregiver, the method which comprises the following steps: receiving a request for information of caregivers from a user terminal; receiving the information of caregivers from a database in response to the request for the information of caregivers; transmitting the information of the caregivers, received from the database, to the user terminal; receiving a request for matching a caregiver, selected from the caregivers, from the user terminal; transmitting the request for matching the selected caregiver to a caregiver terminal; receiving an acceptance message for the request for matching the caregiver from the caregiver terminal; and transmitting the acceptance message to the user terminal. When the acceptance message is not received within a set time, the request for matching the caregiver, having been transmitted to the caregiver terminal is canceled.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
