The present invention relates to a hybrid maximum power following control method for partial shadow of a photovoltaic array. The hybrid maximum power following control method for partial shadow of a photovoltaic array according to the present invention comprises the steps of: calculating a slope of a P-V curve when an operation point is in a maximum power section; performing P-V curve scanning when the slope of the P-V curve is greater than or equal to a predetermined angle; moving the operation point to a global maximum power point (GMPP) through the P-V curve scanning and switching to an IncCond technique; and comparing a power difference between a maximum power point (MPP), a maximum power point of an LA technique, the GMPP, and switching to the LA technique when the difference is more than a predetermined value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
