The present invention relates to a ricin vaccine in which a ricin toxin A (RTA) among ricin toxins is attenuated by mutation through an amino acid substitution, and more specifically, to a ricin vaccine in which tyrosine (Tyr) 80 (Y80) which is an amino acid present on the RTA active site, and aspartic acid (Asp) 75 (D75) which is an amino acid related to induce vascular leak syndrome (VLS) are substituted with cysteine (Cys) to induce the formation of a disulfide bond, thereby eliminating toxic activities due to binding to adenine, suppressing the induction of VLS, and increasing structural stability of the RTA protein. According to the present invention, the ricin vaccine may be used as a composition for preventing and treating diseases induced by ricin intoxication.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
