The present invention relates to a production method of a collagen patch for the regeneration of eardrum, and a collagen patch for the regeneration of eardrum produced by the production method. The production method comprises the steps of: (1) washing and cutting duck feet; (2) extracting acid-soluble collagen from the cut tissue of the duck feet in the step (1); (3) freeze-drying the acid-soluble collagen extracted in the step (2); (4) dissolving the collagen dried in the step (3) in an acid solution to prepare a collagen solution; (5) freezing the collagen solution obtained in the step (4); and freeze-drying the frozen collagen solution in the step (5). Accordingly, the production method of the present invention can provide a collagen patch for the regeneration of eardrum capable of reducing the regeneration time of eardrum in a patient with eardrum perforated by trauma or chronic disease, and inducing a boundary of the regenerated region to be regenerated cleanly while the thickness of the regenerated eardrum is sufficiently thin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
