Disclosed is an electric discharge machining jig of a mold for tooth machining which performs multi-stage chamfering work performed on a tooth contact unit positioned on a front end of a tooth shape unit in an automated process by electric discharge machining equipment in a mold for tooth machining manufactured to produce a part having a tooth coupling unit of a fine tooth shape such as a sector tooth to shorten time spent in work of a precision finishing process, suppresses an occurrence of an error of a machining size when producing a product by using the mold for tooth machining, and improves work efficiency for a precision finishing process of the mold. The electric discharge machining jig of a mold for tooth machining comprises: a cylindrical mold (10) for tooth machining to form a tooth shape unit (12) around an entire outer circumferential surface; a setting jig (20) having a mounting hole (22) to vertically support the mold (10) for tooth machining; a tooth shape electrode (30) which has a tooth machining unit (32) of a circular and concave shape facing the tooth shape unit (12) of the mold (10) for tooth machining on an upper portion of the setting jig (20), and is fixed on electric discharge machining equipment (50); and a guide pin (40) vertically installed between the setting jig (20) and the tooth shape electrode (30) to support the tooth shape electrode (30) to be separated from the upper portion of the setting jig (20).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
