The present invention relates to a context recognition resource hotplug management system capable of improving the efficiency of a hotplug technique of resources, and a method thereof. The resource hotplug management method of a computing system according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise the steps of: accessing scenario data including a plurality of scenarios; evaluating a plurality of scenarios based on context information of a computing system; and controlling hotplug in and hotplug out of resources included in the computing system according to a fulfilled scenario among the plurality of scenarios.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
