The present invention provides a material cutting device for an atypical mold, capable of manufacturing a mold expressing a curvature and accuracy of a curve of an atypical building; and a material cutting method for an atypical mold. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the material cutting device for the atypical mold comprises: a main body unit having a pair of vertical pillars connecting an upper base and a lower base; a cutting unit connected to the main body unit, including a cutting member cutting a material to be processed which is adjacent to the main body unit, and a pair of moving bars supporting the cutting member; a first moving unit connected to the cutting unit and installed in the main body unit, wherein the first moving unit vertically moves in a height direction of the vertical pillar and changes a position on a Z-axis about the material to be processed; a second moving unit connected to the first moving unit, changing positions on an X-axis of the cutting unit about the material to be processed while horizontally moving between the pair of vertical pillars; and a position adjusting unit connected to the first moving unit, the second moving unit, and the cutting unit and adjusting horizontal, vertical, and forward and backward positions of the cutting member about the material to be processed. The pair of moving bars is installed to move forwards and backwards in the second moving unit and changes the position on a Y-axis of the cutting member about the material to be processed by controlling the position adjusting unit. The cutting member is connected to the pair of moving bars in a structure capable of compensating a length when the pair of moving bars move forwards and backwards, cutting the material to be processed in an atypical form.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
