The present invention relates to a service for streaming various multimedia streaming content, provide through a wired or wireless communications network such as the Internet, in all devices after performing real-time encoding and transcoding, and to a system for the same. The service for streaming various multimedia streaming content is performed through: a step, by a client, of transmitting information of a certain video to a web server of the service; a step, by a website, of returning appropriate divided information of the video; a step, by the client, of dividing the video in accordance with meta-data received from the server and uploading the divided video to a plurality of distributed servers specified by the meta-data; and a step, by the servers forming a distributed processing system, of encoding and transcoding the divided videos by using hardware acceleration using GPU.
