The present invention relates to a method for removing an agricultural chemical component remaining in an agricultural product. An agricultural product is harvested after adding a step of mixing 300 g of ionized calcium in 500 l of water 6-10 days before harvesting an agricultural product, and performing foliage spray evenly onto an area having a size of 500-800 pyeong to an agricultural product production procedure, so a remaining agricultural chemical component included in the agricultural product is minimized. The present invention can be applied to Japanese apricots, cherry tomatoes, peaches, apples, spinaches, lettuces, peppers, broccolis, general rice, ginsengs (5-year-old), sprout ginsengs, and the like. A novel calcium compound used in the present invention is produced through the steps of: 1) pulverizing shells (oyster, scallop, cockle, abalone shells, etc.) into a size of 1.5-10 cm; 2) loading the pulverized shells in a calcining furnace, and calcining the same by gradually increasing a temperature to 1200°C; and 3) mixing 80% of the calcined shells with 20% of completely dried eggshells to be pulverized to 80-100 mesh, or pulverizing and mixing the calcined shells and the dried eggshells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
