摘要

The present invention relates to a method for producing a foaming polystyrene particle having an improved insulation function by using a recycled pellet of EPS and GPPS and by introducing graphite. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a micro-pellet by feeding graphite while an EPS and GPPS recycled pellet is extruded; and suspending the micro-pellet including graphite in water, additionally feeding a styrene-based monomer, a fat-soluble initiator, a flame retardant agent, a flame retardant assisting agent, a cell adjusting agent, and the like, performing seed polymerization, and at the same time feeding and dipping a foaming agent (pentane). A foaming polystyrene particle including graphite obtained through the method has low thermal conductivity compared to a general foaming polystyrene particle, and can be recognized as an environmentally-friendly material by using a recycled polystyrene material.
