The present invention relates to a microseismic monitoring system and a time synchronization method thereof in which micro earthquake can be precisely monitored by synchronizing seismic measuring times of a plurality of seismic monitoring apparatus installed in an earthquake observation target area. The time synchronization method of a microseismic monitoring system according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of seismic monitoring apparatus (100) installed in the earthquake observation target area and measuring vibrations; and a monitoring control apparatus (200) controlling the operation of the seismic monitoring apparatus (100), analyzing vibration signals measured through the seismic monitoring apparatus (100) and determining whether micro-earthquake occurs. The time synchronization method thereof comprises the steps of: generating a trigger signal for time synchronization and earthquake measurement in the monitoring control apparatus (200) and simultaneously transmitting the generated trigger signal to a plurality of seismic monitoring apparatus (100); and setting the measurement reference time in accordance with the trigger signal received by the seismic monitoring apparatus (100), measuring a peripheral vibration through a vibration sensor (120) for a predetermined measurement time on the basis of the predetermined reference time, and transmitting the peripheral vibration to the monitoring control apparatus (200), and therefore precise micro-seismic analysis can be performed through accurate time synchronization.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
