The present invention relates to a temperature-rising mixing method to mix a plurality of powder grains and sterilize microorganisms thereof at the same time, capable of mixing a plurality of powder grains while sterilizing the grains by increasing the temperature within a range in which the grains are not deformed or broken. The present invention includes: a first tank part having a rectangular shape, having the lower surface curved in a longitudinal direction, including a mixing space part, and inserting a plurality of smashed grains into the mixing space part through a grain inlet formed on the upper surface; a second tank part fixed and attached while forming a heat emitting space part sealed along the lower surface and both longitudinal sides; a dual ribbon wing part installed spirally in the mixing space part while having an arc-shaped wing shape, and mixing the grains inserted through the grain inlet; a ribbon wing rotating shaft installed on the central axis of the dual ribbon wing part, and receiving power from the outside to deliver the power to the dual ribbon wing part; and a motor part connected with a belt and providing rotational force, generated by external control, to the ribbon wing rotating shaft. Thus, the present invention is capable of sterilizing bacteria in the powder grains in accordance with HACCP standards during a mixing procedure for a variety of powder grains, thereby enabling users to safely eat the grains.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
