Disclosed are a first-person shooter (FPS) game system driven by a user motion using an airsoft gun and a method thereof. The FPS game system comprises: an airsoft gun for discharging a bullet by a user′s operation; a display which has a bullet sensor for sensing the bullet discharged by the airsoft gun, and displays an impact effect by the bullet at a location where the bullet is sensed by the bullet sensor; a head gear having a communication unit for performing voice communication with another user; a direction button-attached foothold having a direction button for allowing the user to operate the moving method and the moving direction by using a user′s foot; and a controller which plays and displays an FPS game on the display and controls the FPS game to be displayed by applying a batting effect on the FPS game at the location sensed by the bullet sensor, tracks the moving direction and the real-time location of the user in accordance with the direction button operation of the direction button-attached foothold by the user, and controls the FPS game to hit the user by using the tracked real-time location, and determines whether the user is hit by using the real-time location to reproduce the FPS game.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
