The present invention relates to a self-fitting method of a hearing aid and a sound source output device. More specifically, the self-fitting method a hearing aid and a sound source output device comprises: connecting and matching a user terminal and a hearing aid capable of communication; and allowing a user to directly realize hearing aid fitting through a program installed in the user terminal.
