The present invention relates to a method for producing wild grass-containing raw rice wine, wild grass-containing raw rice wine, and a method for producing wild grass-containing vinegar. According to the present invention, the method for producing the wild grass-containing raw rice wine involves addition of wild grass-boiled water during a raw rice wine production process, so as to add aroma, taste, and nutrients of wild grass. According to the present invention, the wild grass-containing raw rice wine is produced by using brown rice as a starter alcohol in addition to glutinous rice and various crops including millet, sorghum, and adzuki beans, thereby enriching savory tastes as well as sweetness.
