The present invention relates to an eco-friendly wastewater circulation and water purification treatment system. The eco-friendly wastewater circulation and water purification treatment system can recover the wastewater generated in an underground facility to treat and purify the sludge and washing water therein while enabling the wastewater to be reused as washing water needed for a cleaning operation of the underground facility. The eco-friendly wastewater circulation and water purification treatment system can utilize the purified water in the underground facility as public water supply and washing water therefor. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly wastewater circulation and water purification treatment system includes: a dredge vehicle which has a purification means for recovering the wastewater in the underground facility and separating sludge and washing water therefrom; and a water purification vehicle including a water purification means which is connected to a line of the washing water in the purification means of the dredge vehicle to compress and separate the washing water and sludge.
