The present invention relates to a spice modeling method for an organic light emitting display device and a simulation apparatus using the same and, more particularly, to a spice modeling method for an organic light emitting display device in which a first organic material stack, a charge generation layer, and a second organic material stack are sequentially stacked between an anode electrode and a cathode electrode, and a simulation apparatus using the same. The spice modeling method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of extracting a physical parameter with respect to the first organic material stack, the charge generation layer, and the second organic material stack; a step of calculating a current density of each of the first organic material stack, the charge generation layer, and the second organic material stack using the physical parameter; and a step of calculating electrical characteristics of the organic light emitting display device in accordance with a voltage of each of the first organic material stack, the charge generation layer, and the second organic material stack based on the current density of each of the first organic material stack, the charge generation layer, and the second organic material stack. Therefore, the electrical characteristics of the organic light emitting display device can be more accurately calculated using the spice modeling method in accordance with an equivalent circuit reflecting the physical electrical characteristics of each of the organic material layers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
